This collection of tunes contains a wide variety of Jigs, Reels, and Strathspeys that are organized in medley format: two pages facing, providing six tunes from which to choose. The melody line is shown with chord designations. Each section begins with easier tunes and progresses to the more difficult. Musicians playing for Scottish Country Dancing need to find medleys to go with tunes assigned to a particular dance, and one can find them here. There is also a section of Waltzes.
Chord designations are to my own taste, and tend to be fairly uncomplicated and traditional in style. I believe in providing a simple chord line, which leaves room for improvisation and bass line variety.
